B PACKAGE 2026 – 08: Construction/Rehabilitation/ Purchase and Installation of CCTV, Tribal Hall, Pathway, Drainage and Tricycle Road

1) The Barangay Local Government Units (BLGUs) of Bila and Otucan Norte; Bauko, Mountain Province, through the Bids and Awards Committee of MLGU-Bauko as their procurement agent, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve Pesos & 02/100 (P 1,536,812.02 ) from their respective CY 2026 Annual Budget as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for B PACKAGE 2026 – 08: Construction/Rehabilitation/ Purchase and Installation of CCTV, Tribal Hall, Pathway, Drainage and Tricycle Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The BAC of the Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko) now invites bids for the contract B PACKAGE 2026 – 08: Construction/Rehabilitation/Purchase and Installation of CCTV, Tribal Hall, Pathway, Drainage and Tricycle Road at Bila and Otucan Norte; Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope of works to be accomplished includes the following: 4.00 Each Billboard, Project Site Preparation, 2,214.95 Kg. RSB, 22.99 Cu. M. Structural Concrete, 60.00 Sq. M. PCCP, Miscellaneous Hardware, 13.69 Cu. M. Structure Excavation (Soft Rock), 114.48 Sq. M. Formwork & Falsework, 35.53 SQ. M. Sub-grade Preparation (Common Materials), 11.65 Cu. M. Grouted Riprap, 4.14 Sq. M. Steel Widow, 3.99 Sq. M. Steel Door, 8.80 Cu. M. Gravel Bedding, 22.06 Sq. M. Cement Plaster Finish, 15.20 M. Fabricated Metal Roofing Accessory, 12.00 M. Fabricated Metal Roofing Accessory, 48.76 Sq. M. Pre-painted Metal Sheet, 13.40 Sq. M. 100mm CHB Wall and 801.97 Bd. Ft. Carpentry Work. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days.
