CONSTRUCTION/ REHABILITATION OF SEA WALL

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION/ REHABILITATION OF SEA WAL The Barangay Government of Balanga through Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Eighty Four Pesos & 81/100 (P1,349,084.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/ REHABILITATION OF SEA WALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Barangay Government of Balanga now invites bids for the supply of labor and materials for the CONSTRUCTION/ REHABILITATION OF SEA WALL Completion of works is required Twenty (20) days after the receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly in section II instruction to bidders 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules& regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184) otherwise known as Government procurement reform act.
