TOKEN FOR GUEST - 4 PACKS Together with the quotation, the participating prospective suppliers shall also submit the following requirements: 1. Mayor’s/Business Permit 2. PhilGEPS Registration No. 3. BIR Form 2307 The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP30,000.00). Subject items must be completely delivered within five (5) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order by the supplier at Brgy. Taytay, Nagcarlan, Laguna. All quotations shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Brgy. Taytay, Nagcarlan, Laguna, before 1:00 p.m. on 10/26/2026, and shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the same address. This requisition is made through Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically through SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT under Section 53.9, as per the prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
