Construction of Multi-Purpose Building Phase II LGU-Kabugao, Apayao • The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through 20% Municipal Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building Phase II under Contract No. SF Infra 2026-109. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. • The Local Government Unit of Kabugao now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building Phase II under Contract No. SF Infra 2026-109. The project is located at Barangay EKB, Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Apayao, Cordillera Administrative Region. Completion of the works is required in Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
