Invitation to Bid for Rehab/Improvement of Naga-Baluno Provincial Road @ Brgy. Poblacion-Brgy. Baluno, Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay Province 1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the AB 2026-GAD intends to apply the sum of Php2,998,339.71 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehab/Improvement of Naga-Baluno Provincial Road @ Brgy. Poblacion-Brgy. Baluno, Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-121. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Rehab/Improvement of Naga-Baluno Provincial Road @ Brgy. Poblacion-Brgy. Baluno, Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-121.3 Completion of the Works is required within 15 Working Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
