Invitation to Bid Repair and Maintenance-Building (Renovation of Accounting Office) @ Capitol, Brgy. Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province 1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the PACCO-MOOE-SB#1-2026 intends to apply the sum of Php1,999,520.73 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Maintenance-Building (Renovation of Accounting Office) @ Capitol, Brgy. Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-127. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Repair and Maintenance-Building (Renovation of Accounting Office) @ Capitol, Brgy. Ipil Heights, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-127.3 Completion of the Works is required within 56 Working Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
