Republic of the Philippines Province of Quezon Municipality of Pagbilao COMMITTEE ON BIDS AND AWARDS INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Customized HR System and Biometrics Solution for the LGU Pagbilao including Installation and Training 1) The Local Government Unit of Pagbilao Quezon, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian – GOP, General Fund- Supplemental Budget No.4 CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (6,649,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Customized HR System and Biometrics Solution for the LGU Pagbilao including Installation and Training / 2026 B-10.615. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Pagbilao Quezon now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Customized HR System and Biometrics Solution for the LGU Pagbilao including Installation and Training. Delivery of the Goods is required Six (6) Months. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
