INVITATION TO BID FOR ONE LOT SUBSCRIPTION OF ENDPOINT WORKSTATION AND SERVERS PROTECTION AND COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN SOFTWARE (12-MONTHS) IB NO. UMC 2026-30 1) The West Visayas State University Medical Center, through the Internally Generated Income (Unexpended 2025) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,860,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One Lot Subscription of Endpoint Workstation and Servers Protection and Computer Aided Design Software (12-Months). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The West Visayas State University Medical Center now invites bids for One Lot Subscription of Endpoint Workstation and Servers Protection and Computer Aided Design Software (12-Months). Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
