No. 332-3000 (LOC 423) INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OTHER SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE P20 RICE PROJECT FOR THE PROVINCIAL COOPERATIVE AND ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (PROCEDE) 1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (SB #1, AO-2026-661) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱2,265,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies and Materials for the P20 Rice Project for the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PROCEDE). 2) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. *Note: Bidding is a single LOT. 3) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies and Materials for the P20 Rice Project for the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PROCEDE) . Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least (Two (2) years) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 4) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. 5) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) and inspect the Bidding Documents
