Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Municipal Plant Nursery with Storage Facility (Phase 2) in Brgy. Kanluran 1) The Municipality of Looc, through the LDF intends to apply the sum of Php 629,931.79, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Municipal Plant Nursery with Storage Facility (Phase 2) in Brgy. Kanluran. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Looc now invites bids for this project that involves the continuation and completion of the Municipal Plant Nursery with Storage Facility, including the construction of additional nursery structures, storage areas, and other necessary components. Completion of the Works is required 75 Calendars days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
