Republic of the Philippines Province of Leyte MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN -oOo- CAPOOCAN BIDS AND AWARD COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID for PROCUREMENT OF INPUTS FOR FISHERY AND AGRICULTURE PROGRAM (2ND POSTING) 1) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY NINE PESOS ONLY (PhP899,839.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF INPUTS FOR FISHERY AND AGRICULTURE PROGRAM (2ND POSTING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF INPUTS FOR FISHERY AND AGRICULTURE PROGRAM (2ND POSTING) using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
