INVITATION TO BID 1. The City Government of Tacurong through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is inviting suppliers to bid for the supply and delivery of the following Office Supplies (Book Paper) to wit: PR NO. DESCRIPTION APPROVED BUDGET SOURCE OF FUND 2925-26 1. CVMO (4th qrtr.) PhP12,200.00 Office Supplies Expense 3258-26 2. SP-Legislative (4th quarter) 35,075.00 -do- 3262-26 3. SP-Support (4th qrtr.) 18,300.00 -do- 2. A complete set of Bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders from October 19-27, 2026 upon payment of non-refundable fee based on the ABC. The proof of payment with photocopy shall be presented before releasing of bidding documents. 3. The bidders shall manually drop their bids in two (2) separate sealed big envelopes in the bid box at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, Second Floor, New Executive Building. Deadline for submission and receipt of bids shall be on or before 1:30 P.M. of October 27, 2026 Late bids shall not be accepted. 4. Bid opening shall be on October 27, 2026 right after 1:30PM at the Bids and Awards Committee Conference Room, 2/F, New Executive Building. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 5. The City Government of Tacurong reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive deficiencies embodied herein without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expense losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of the bids. 6.
