CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROAD LEADING TO TEEN CENTER LOCATED AT GOVERNMENT CENTER, BRGY. TUBTUB, BROOKE’S POINT, PALAWAN

Invitation to Bid for Construction of Access Road Leading to Teen Center located at Government Center, Brgy. Tubtub, Brooke’s Point, Palawan 1) The Municipal Government of Brooke’s Point, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixteen Pesos and Eleven Centavos (₱2,359,716.11) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Access Road Leading to Teen Center located at Government Center, Brgy. Tubtub, Brooke’s Point, Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Brooke’s Point now invites bids for Construction of Access Road Leading to Teen Center located at Government Center, Brgy. Tubtub, Brooke’s Point, Palawan. Completion of the Works is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
