INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS (FIRST REVISION) VARIOUS CITY STREETS, CITY OF TACURONG (RE – BIDDING) 1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TACURONG, through the Repair & Maintenance – Infrastructure Assets (Power Supply Systems 2026) 1st & 2nd Qrt. intends to apply the sum of contract for each item: PR No. Item Description ABC 2671-26 Fuel (Diesel) P 310,080.00 2670-26 Steel Materials 37,822.00 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TACURONG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within 15 Calendar Days upon receipt of Purchase Order. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the City Government of Tacurong and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during Office Hours (8:00AM to 5:00PM). 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 19-27, 2026 from the given address and upon payment of non - refundable fee based on the ABC.
