Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR MUNICIPALITY OF CARRASCAL OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE The Local Government Unit of Carrascal invites all interested and qualified bidders for offers to supply on the Bid forms: Description Approved Budget SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES P 3,000,000.00 (2nd round Hasud Serbisyo) Bid Proposal Forms may be obtained from the Office of the Bids & Awards Committee on October 20, 2026 with a payment of non-refundable of P 5,000.00 per set of documents. Pre-bidding conference will be on October 27, 2026, 1:30 p.m. at the Executive Building, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur. Eligible bidders must submit their bids at the Executive Building, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur on or before November 4, 2026, 1:30 p.m., and thereafter the opening of sealed bids will be conducted on the aforesaid place, date and time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in either of the following forms; 5% surety bond, 2% cash, certified check, cashier’s check bank draft, and irrevocable letter of credit or a bank guarantee in an amount equivalent to 5% of the bid price. Late bids will not be accepted. The Municipality of Carrascal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waived any defect therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the government and must abide with the Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 12009.
