Rehabilitation of Evacuation Center

Republic of the Philippines Province of Southern Leyte Municipality of San Juan Invitation to Bid for the Rehabilitation of Evacuation Center 1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, through the General Fund & LDRRM Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty One Pesos (Php. 1,699,921.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MSJ-2026-53. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN now invites bids for the completion of architectural, plumbing, electrical and auxiliary works at all levels. Completion of the Works is required 116 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of San Juan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 19-November 9, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php.5,000.00.
