The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-nine Million Eight Hundred Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty- five Pesos (PhP29,807,725.00) from FY2026 INCOME as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of 2 lots Medical Equipment Accessories and Consumables. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment Accessories and Consumables using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is specified in the Section VI- Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of R.A. No. 12009. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat, Procurement Section, Davao Regional Medical Center, Apokon, Tagum City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Mondays to Fridays. 5.
