Mangilay, Municipality of Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte The Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte through the General Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Eight & 59/100 Pesos only (Php 4,933,288.59) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. The Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders and PhilG-EPS Registered (Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System) for the Completion of 17 meters Span Semi Steel Bridge (Wide Flange Girder) Brgy. Mangilay, Municipality of Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte under PR # 200(01)26-10-106(O). Completion of Works is required for Ninety-One (91) Calendar Days.
