The Local Government Unit of Linamon, Lanao del Norte, through the SEF Surplus 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos (₱246,992.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for Linamon National High School – Classroom Repairs – Grade 7 & 10 Building to payments under the contract for Contract No. LIN-LDN-10-12-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Linamon now invites bids for Procurement of Construction Materials for Linamon National High School – Classroom Repairs – Grade 7 & 10 Building. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
