Procurement of Common Medical Supplies (EPA CY 2027) with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2026-014

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of Common Medical Supplies (Subject to Framework Agreement) 1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement through the National Expenditure for CY 2027 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Six Million Five Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Pesos (PHP 96,508,290.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Common Medical Supplies with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2027-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Common Medical Supplies with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2027-014 . Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days upon issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
