Republic of the Philippines Region X PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE Municipality of Linamon -oOo- BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR THE OFFICE OF THE HEALTH SERVICES OF LINAMON, LANAO DEL NORTE Project Identification No. LIN-LDN-10-12-26A 1. The Local Government Unit of Linamon, Lanao del Norte, through the General Fund CY 2026 (Supplemental Budget) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱447,880.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medicines and Medical Supplies for the Office of the Health Services of Linamon, Lanao del Norte to payments under the contract for Contract No. LIN-LDN-10-12-26A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Linamon now invites bids for Procurement of Medicines and Medical Supplies for the Office of the Health Services of Linamon, Lanao del Norte. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. 4.
