Rehabilitation of Daycare Center (Rebidding)

Notice Description Title: Rehabilitation of Daycare Center (Rebidding) Barangay Old Cabalan, Olongapo City, through its approved budget for Fiscal Year 2026, intends to apply the sum of ₱350,000.00 as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Rehabilitation of Daycare Center (Rebidding). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Payment terms: One (1) advance payment equivalent to 15% of the contract price upon issuance of NTP. One (1) final billing equivalent to 85% upon completion and acceptance of the works. No progress billings shall be allowed. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non‑discretionary “pass/fail” criterion under the 2016 revised IRR of RA 9184 and RA 12009 (New Government Procurement Act). Bid Opening: October 29, 2026, 9:30 AM, same venue. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms stated in ITB Clause 16. The Head of the Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract when warranted under RA 12009.
