Source of Fund: EDF Tender Documents: PhP 500.00 The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this Contract in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). To be eligible to bid for this contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen or 60% Filipino-owned partnership/ corporation with DTI Business Name Registration in the case of single proprietorship; SEC registration certificate in the case of partnership or corporation; CDA certificate in the case of cooperatives; Valid current Mayor's Permit; BIR registration Certificate which contains the taxpayer registration number; (b) Statement of the prospective bidder that it is not "BLACKLISTED" or barred from bidding by government or any of its agencies, offices, corporations or LGU's, and that it is not included in the Consolidated Blacklisting Report Issued by the GPPB, once released in accordance with the guidelines to be issued by the GPPB as provided in section 69.4 of the IRR-A; Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the ABC.
