All information, specifications, declarations and product details indicated on the label shall correspond exactly to the actual contents of the bag and shall comply with applicable standareds and technical specifications. The Contents shall be properly identified, traceable, and consistent with the approved product labeling. 2.) A pre-inspection shall be conducted upon delivery in coordination with the authorized representative of the buyer. 3.) Corn Seeds shall be deliver in new, sealed intact and good-quality packaging, free from damage, moisture, contamination or tampering. Any damaged or non-conforming product shall be replaced by the Supplier at no additional cost to the Buyer. 4.) Corn Seeds must be delivered directly to the designated site or drop-off points identified by the Municipal Agricultural Services Office (MASO)-Corn Program personnel. The supplier shall be responsible for transportation, handling and unloading of inputs. 5.)
