MATE ROAD Location: Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur Category: Access Road Source of Fund: Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2026 Approved Budget for the Contract: PhP 4,930,553.48 Contract Duration: 30 CD Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License application to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the execution of the contract. However, contractors under Small A and Small B categories without similar experience on the contract to be bid may be allowed to bid if the cost of such contract is not more than the Allowable Range of Contract Cost (ARCC) of their registration based on the guidelines as prescribed by the PCAB. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/ Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post- qualification of the single/lowest calculated bid.
