Construction of PGSO Warehouse

Invitation to Bid for Construction of PGSO Warehouse The Provincial Government of Bohol through the budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-One Pesos and 39/100 Only (P 4,333,661.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of PGSO Warehouse (INF-2026 0071). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management Unit, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Procurement Management Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 21 – November 10, 2026, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of P 5,000.00. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) an
