The Local Government Unit of Tabuk through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors registered with and classified by the Philippines Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to bid for the hereunder contract/project: Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. Pre-Bid conference will be on October 28, 2026, Wednesday, 9:00 AM at the BAC Meeting Room, City Administrator's Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City. Bid Documents are available during office hours starting October 20, 2026 at the BAC-Secretariat, City Engineering Office and upon payment of a non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the LGU Cashier, Office of the Treasurer. All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before November 11, 2026; Wednesday, 9:00 AM at the BAC Meeting Room, City Administrator's Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City, Kalinga. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserved the right to reject any and/or all quotation or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the quotation as may be considered most advantageous to the Local Government Unit of Tabuk.
