Purchase of Seventy-seven (77) units Brand New Motorcycle with Helmet, PGO, Province of Negros Oriental (B-188-2026)

INVITATION TO BID Bid No. B-188-2026 1) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Early Procurement Activity (EPA) intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 32/100 (Php12,999,999.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Purchase of Seventy-seven (77) units Brand New Motorcycle with Helmet, PGO, Province of Negros Oriental”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. a.
