Supply and Installation of Solar Energy Powered Street Lights

Invitation to Bid for Supply and Installation of Solar Energy Powered Street Lights The Provincial Government of Bohol through the budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (P 4,195,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Solar Energy Powered Street Lights (INF-2026 0070). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management Unit, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 60 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
