Republic of the Philippines Province of Ifugao Municipality of Hingyon Municipal Bids and Awards Committee Culob, Hingyon, Ifugao bacmlguhingyon@gmail.com Hingyon MLGU 0906-119-9128 Publication No. 42-2026 (First Posting) Invitation to Bid for “MOMPOLIA- HUMALOPHOP ROAD OPENING” OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINGYON, IFUGAO The Municipal Local Government Unit of Hingyon, through the FY 2026 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Seventy-Three Pesos and 01/100 (PhP 397,073.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Mompolia- Humalophop Road Opening” at Mompolia, Hingyon, Ifugao. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Hingyon now invites bids for the “Mompolia- Humalophop Road Opening” at Mompolia, Hingyon, Ifugao. Completion of the Works is required 32 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
