INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Municipal Government of Piñan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites legitimate suppliers/dealers to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract: Name of Procurement: PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICINES FOR USE IN THE SUPER HEALTH CENTER Location : LGU, PIÑAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Approved Budget for the Contract : =P=1,211,394.00 Contract Duration : 10 Calendar Days__ Prospective bidders should possess all the valid technical documents applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), and have key personnel and equipment (Listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids.
