In order to qualify for participation in the public bidding, bidders should conform to all eligibility requirements as prescribed by the 2025 Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act 12009. 2. All interested bidders are strictly enjoined to attend the pre-bid conference and participate in the discussion. Those bidders who are interested to buy and secure the bid documents, but fail to participate in the pre-bid conference, shall first secure a copy of the minutes of the said pre-bid conference. Moreover, interested bidders are likewise enjoined to attend the bid opening (BAC Resolution No.11, s-2023). 3. The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Bidding documents on October 23, 2026 to November 13, 2026 until 5:00 PM at BAC Office, located at the 3rd floor of Tagum City Hall upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00
