The Barangay Lawaan, Dumarao, Capiz, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Four Pesos and 20/100 (P908,764.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Expansion of Gymnasium at Brgy. Lawaan, Dumarao, Capiz with ITB No. Lawaan-2026-10-01G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Lawaan, Dumarao, Capiz now invites bids for Expansion of Gymnasium at Brgy. Lawaan, Dumarao, Capiz. Period of delivery is required within 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
