INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF FURNITURES AND FIXTURES FOR OFFICE USE (SB OFFICE) (BDG-2026-16) 1) The LGU Santa Fe, through the SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OFFICE CONTINUING APPROPRIATION CY 2025 T2 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php446,580.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF FURNITURES AND FIXTURES FOR OFFICE USE (SB OFFICE) (BDG-2026-16). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Sta. Fe now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 (Sixty) Days. Bidders should have completed, within 15 (Fifteen) Day from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
