Source of Fund : SPA 1011 SWM Environmental/Sanitary Services Name of Project : Hauling of Solid Waste from residual containment area ( RCA ) Location : Barangay Candabong Alcantara Cebu Brief Description : Hauling of Solid Waste from residual containment area ( RCA ) ABC : Php 988,000.00 Contract Duration : 30 Calendar Days Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within last 2 years with an amount at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non discretionary pass/fall criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated Bid. All particulars relative to Eligibility statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
