Provision of Inorganic Fertilizer for use at Farmers in Tarlac Province

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Provision of Inorganic Fertilizer for use at Farmers in Tarlac Province 1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos Only (PHP 3,999,475.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Provision of Inorganic Fertilizer for use at Farmers in Tarlac Province. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Inorganic Fertilizer. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
