PURCHASE OF DRRM EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS

Invitation to Bid for PURCHASE OF DRRM EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS 1.The Barangay Government of Barcelona, Solsona,Ilocos Norte, through the BDRRM TRUST FUND CY 2021-2023, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS AND 72/100 (P249,165.72) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF DRRM EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Barangay Government of Barcelona, Solsona,Ilocos Norte, using a single-year for a duration of 2 years Framework Agreement, through the BDRRM TRUST FUND CY 2021-2023, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS AND 72/100 (P249,165.72) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each it. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected. 3.The Barangay Government of Barcelona, Solsona,Ilocos Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by November. Bidders should have completed, within 120 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
