INVITATION TO BID FOR CONST. OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BASAK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 3 STOREY – 9 CLASSROOMS SCHOOL BUILDING, BRGY. BASAK, MANDAUE CITY CEBU (2026-POWE-019) 1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Trust Fund – Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF) by the LGUs - NSBP intends to apply the sum of Thirty One Million Three Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Four Pesos and 57/100 Centavos (Php31,385,794.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Basak Elementary School 3 Storey – 9 Classrooms School Building, Brgy. Basak, Mandaue City Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Basak Elementary School 3 Storey – 9 Classrooms School Building, Brgy. Basak, Mandaue City Cebu. Completion of the Works is required 271 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
