INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply, Delivery, and Commissioning of Clinical Chemistry and Immuno-Serology Reagents, Kits, and Consumables with a Reagent Tie-Up Agreement for Total Laboratory Automation (TLA), Analyzer Fleet Provision, Laboratory Information System (LIS) Upgrade, and Laboratory Facility Renovation - Rebid IB No. 2026-37-R 1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER through the General Appropriations Act/Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS TWO HUNDRED TWELVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND THIRTY-ONE & 16/100 (Php 212,725,031.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Clinical Chemistry and Immuno-Serology Reagents, Kits and Consumables with a Reagent Tie-Up Agreement for Total Laboratory Automation (TLA), Analyzer Fleet Provision, Laboratory Information System (LIS) Upgrade, Laboratory Facility Renovation– IB No. 2026-37-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
