IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT FACILITY (REHABILITATION OF SARIAYA AGRI-TRADING CENTER AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING) AT SITIO BALETE BARANGAY SAMPALOC 2 SARIAYA, QUEZON

1) The Municipality of Sariaya, through the Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Sariaya intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty-Six And 65/100 Pesos Only (₱750,936.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT FACILITY (REHABILITATION OF SARIAYA AGRI-TRADING CENTER AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING) AT SITIO BALETE BARANGAY SAMPALOC 2 SARIAYA, QUEZON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Sariaya now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT FACILITY (REHABILITATION OF SARIAYA AGRI-TRADING CENTER AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING) AT SITIO BALETE BARANGAY SAMPALOC 2 SARIAYA, QUEZON 6. Completion of the Project is required within Forty-Five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
