The Municipal Government of Naic through the 2026 GEN. FUND/POPS/DILG intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 925,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the PROVISION OF FOOD, ACCOMMODATION AND TRAINING FACILITY FOR SEMINAR ON KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY LAW AND STRENGTHENING INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITIES OF BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC), this municipality; 2. The Municipal Government of Naic now invites bids for the PROVISION OF FOOD, ACCOMMODATION AND TRAINING FACILITY FOR SEMINAR ON KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY LAW AND STRENGTHENING INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITIES OF BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC). Delivery of the Goods/Services is required as per schedule of requirements. Bidders should have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC within three (3) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4.
