CONCRETING OF ROADS ON VARIOUS BARANGAYS (CONCRETING OF ROAD) AT SITIO KANLURAN KAINGIN, BARANGAY BIGNAY 2 SARIAYA, QUEZON

1) The Municipality of Sariaya, through the Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Sariaya intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, One Hundred Thirteen And 39/100 Pesos Only (₱499,113.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF ROADS ON VARIOUS BARANGAYS (CONCRETING OF ROAD) AT SITIO KANLURAN KAINGIN, BARANGAY BIGNAY 2 SARIAYA, QUEZON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Sariaya now invites bids for the CONCRETING OF ROADS ON VARIOUS BARANGAYS (CONCRETING OF ROAD) AT SITIO KANLURAN KAINGIN, BARANGAY BIGNAY 2 SARIAYA, QUEZON 6. Completion of the Project is required within Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
