GOODS 2026-10-033 SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF (5) FIVE UNITS BRAND-NEW MOTORCYCLE

1) The Municipality of Dumanjug, through the 70% of 5% LDRRMF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos Only (1,375,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS 2026-10-033 SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF (5) FIVE UNITS BRAND-NEW MOTORCYCLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Dumanjug now invites bids for GOODS 2026-10-033 SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF (5) FIVE UNITS BRAND-NEW MOTORCYCLE. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 Calendars Days from receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least (1) One Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Villa, Municipality of Dumanjug and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 26, 2026 – November 02, 2026 from the address given below, BAC Villa, Poblacion, Dumanjug, Cebu upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos Only (5,000.00).
