INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Various Semi-expendable Desktops (IB No. 2026-24) 1) The Benguet State University, through the NGA, IGF-FHE Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php. 5,112,600.00) (see table below), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Semi-expendable Desktops. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Lot 1 Supply & delivery of 24 units of Desktop for College of Forestry (CF) 1,197,600.00 Lot2 Supply & delivery of 87 units of Desktop for College of Numerical Applied Statistics (CNAS) 3,915,000.00 Total: 5,112,600.00 2) The Benguet State University now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Semi-expendable Desktops using the IGF-FHE Fund. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
