CONCRETING OF PORTION OF BARANGAY ROAD

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS FORCONCRETING OF PORTION OF BARANGAY ROAD AT BARANGAY TALAGA, LEMERY, BATANGAS The Barangay Government of TALAGA through Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract CONCRETING OF PORTION OF BARANGAY ROAD AT BARANGAY TALAGA, LEMERY, BATANGAS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Barangay Government of TALAGA now invites bids for the supply of labor and materials for the CONCRETING OF PORTION OF BARANGAY ROAD AT BARANGAY TALAGA, LEMERY, BATANGAS Completion of works is required THIRTY (30) days after the receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly in section II instruction to bidders 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules& regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184) otherwise known as Government procurement reform act. (1).Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/ sole proprietorship ,partnership, or organizations with at least 60% Interest or Outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth ACT 138 4.Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the barangay government of Talaga and inspect bidding documents at the given address below during 8:00am -04:00 pm A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 26, 2026 to November 03, 2026 from the address below and upon payment a non- refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of 500.00
