INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS

Republic of the Philippines Province of Oriental Mindoro Municipality of Bongabong BARANGAY POBLACION PBD 2026-003 INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials and Supplies for the INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS 1) The Barangay Poblacion, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro through the SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Five pesos only (P846,475.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials and Supplies for the Installation of Street Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Barangay Poblacion, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials and Supplies for the Installation of Street Lights. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
