NOTICE OF AWARD This is to certify that Item No. 1 of Purchase Request (PR) No. 15-26 was initially awarded to AC/DC Enterprises, being the supplier with the lowest calculated and responsive bid. However, the supplier subsequently waived its award and declined to deliver the item, as evidenced by the letter submitted by Daryl L. Juan, Proprietor of AC/DC Enterprises. Thereafter, the item was supposed to be awarded to Pink Pen Commercial, but the latter also waived the award.
