INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Supply & Delivery of Fluids for PHO- Basey District Hospital 1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through 2026 Annual Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE PESOS (P1,140,855.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Fluids for PHO- Basey District Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the Supply & Delivery of Fluids, using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required one month (1) after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
