INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Supply & Delivery of Design, Development, Supply, Deployment and Configuration of an Emergency Operation and Resource Deployment System (EORDS) with AI Chatbot, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Services and Supporting Command Center Equipment for the Province of Samar- Office of the Provincial Governor 1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-ONE MILLION PESOS (P31,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Design, Development, Supply, Deployment and Configuration of an Emergency Operation and Resource Deployment System (EORDS) with AI Chatbot, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Services and Supporting Command Center Equipment for the Province of Samar- Office of the Provincial Governor. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the Supply & Delivery of Design, Development, Supply, Deployment and Configuration of an Emergency Operation and Resource Deployment System (EORDS) with AI Chatbot, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Services and Supporting Command Center Equipment for the Province of Samar, using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required One hundred eighty (180) calendar days after receipt of NTP.
