Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao de Oro Municipality of Laak Barangay Bollukan -oOo- Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL CLINIC, BARANGAY BOLLUKAN, LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO 1) The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BOLLUKAN, LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through BARANGAY FUNDS, intends to apply the sums indicated below as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the payment of the respective contracts. CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL CLINIC, BARANGAY BOLLUKAN, LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO UNDER PB(CW) PR NO. 26-040 90 CD ₱ 152,920.80 2) The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BOLLUKAN, LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO now invites bids for the above-mentioned projects. Completion of the Works is required within the periods specified above. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BOLLUKAN, LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9AM to 4PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 26 to November 4, 2026, from the address given below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Document
